We created a simple, secure, and durable solution: a physical QR/NFC tag that links to a comprehensive digital health profile. No app required. No signal required. Just scan to possibly save a life.
How MyInfoTag Began
MyInfoTag was born out of a real emergency. Our founder witnessed a first responder struggle to identify a patient’s blood type and allergies during a critical moment — valuable minutes were lost searching for information that should have been immediately accessible.
That experience sparked a mission: build a product that bridges the gap between individuals and emergency medical care. We spent two years perfecting the tag design, the secure platform, and the profile system — and today, thousands of people across all 50 states carry a MyInfoTag.
