What Happens in an Emergency

When a first responder finds your tag:

  1. They open their phone camera and point it at the QR code — no special app required.
  2. Your profile loads instantly in the browser, organized by priority: blood type and allergies first, then emergency contacts, then full medical details.
  3. If you have PIN protection enabled, they see your security hint and retrieve the PIN from the location you specified.
  4. The scan is logged with an anonymized timestamp — you can review scan history in your account.
